Strength
40% of your AMP Score. Strength isn't about lifting the most weight. It's about producing force and maintaining it when life demands it.
- Bench Press 175 lbs (Men) | 75 lbs (Women). Upper-body strength endurance. Measures your ability to produce force repeatedly under load.
- Trap Bar Deadlift 225 lbs (Men) | 155 lbs (Women). The ultimate test of real-world strength. Measures your ability to generate power from the ground up.
- Pull-Ups Relative strength at its purest. How strong are you compared to your own bodyweight?
Power
30% of your AMP Score. Power is your ability to produce force quickly. It's one of the first athletic qualities most adults lose and one of the most important to maintain.
- Vertical Jump Measures lower-body explosiveness and your ability to generate force in an instant.
- Broad Jump Tests how efficiently you create and project power forward.
- Power Ball Toss Measures total-body power transfer from the ground through your core and into your upper body.
Movement
30% of your AMP Score. Speed, agility, and conditioning determine how well your strength and power translate into action.
- 40 Yard Dash The gold standard for acceleration. How quickly can you move when it matters?
- Compass Drill Measures your ability to stop, change direction, and stay in control.
- 300 Meter Run Tests speed endurance, resilience, and your ability to perform under fatigue.
