EPC is coming

Nine events. One score. Your chance to show what you're made of.

You don't need a degree, a perfect body, or a long athletic past—just hustle, heart, and the desire to celebrate what your body can do right now. EPC is less "competition" and more celebration: nine events that test strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and heart, and a reminder that you've got more in the tank than you think. You won't do it alone: the moment you step on the field you're surrounded by support, love, and coaches who have your back. No strangers here—you're home. Now let's go to work.

Introducing the EPC Platform

Train Smarter, Perform Better

EPC Competition Training

Track performance across the 9 main EPC competition events with age- and gender-adjusted scoring. Log Strength Capacity (pull-ups, trap bar deadlift, bench press), Movement Quality (300m shuttle, compass agility, 40-yard dash), and Power Output (power ball toss, broad jump, vertical jump)—all in one place.

Build your AMP Score, use performance analytics, and compare results over time. Built for athletes preparing for competition day.

Build HIIT Workouts

Create high-intensity interval sessions your way. Pick exercises like burpees, high knees, box jumps, and sprints; use the 30-20-10 structure (30 seconds easy, 20 moderate, 10 all-out) or your own intervals—Tabata, custom work/rest splits, whatever fits your goals.

Set rounds, rest periods, and total time; log intensity and effort for each block. Track your HIIT progress across sessions so you can see improvements over time.

Custom At Home & Gym Workouts

Log daily training with any exercise you do—push-ups, curls, squats, lunges, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, or whatever fits your routine. Flexible measurement options and progress notes so you can capture how each session felt and what you did.

Build a comprehensive training history and see your progress over weeks and months. Perfect for general fitness tracking and staying consistent.

AMP Score Overview

The AMP Score is a composite athletic performance score built across three core segments.
Each segment contains 3 events, scored individually, and rolled up into a single unified metric.

A
Athletic Strength Capacity
0–300
Measures an athlete's maximum force-producing ability.
3 strength events
Each event scored 0–100
Segment total: 0–300
Focus: Strength ceiling and force capacity
M
Movement Quality
0–300
Measures how efficiently and effectively an athlete controls their body through space.
3 movement events
Each event scored 0–100
Segment total: 0–300
Focus: Control, efficiency, and coordination
P
Power Output
0–300
Measures how quickly an athlete can apply force.
3 power events
Each event scored 0–100
Segment total: 0–300
Focus: Speed, explosiveness, and force application
Total AMP Score
AMP Score = A (300)
+ M (300)
+ P (300)
= 900
9 total events
900-point maximum

STRENGTH CAPACITY

The ability to produce force against resistance.

01
Strict is how we roll. This event is a heavyweight in bodyweight training and will test your upper body pulling strength capacity. Every rep counts, and form matters—no kipping, no shortcuts. This is where raw upper body strength meets endurance, challenging you to maintain perfect technique when your muscles are burning and your grip is failing.
02
A heavyweight champion in strength capacity training. The trap bar design creates less stress on the spine while still testing your lower body strength capacity and endurance. Women will test at 135# and Men at 225# for as many reps as possible in two minutes. This event separates those who can maintain form and power when fatigue sets in from those who break down under the load.
03
A classic. This event will test your upper body strength capacity, but don't get it twisted—this is also an endurance test. Women will test at 75 lbs and Men at 175 lbs for as many reps as possible in two minutes. It's not about one max rep; it's about how many quality reps you can crank out when your chest is on fire and your triceps are screaming.

MOVEMENT

The ability to change direction, speed, or body position efficiently, often in response to a stimulus.

04
This event will test your endurance, speed and heart. The 300M Shuttle challenges your ability to maintain speed over multiple round trips, pushing your cardiovascular system to its limits. It's not just about how fast you can run—it's about how well you can sustain that speed when your body is screaming to slow down. This is where mental toughness meets physical capacity.
05
We all know life throws us curve balls. Let's see how you course correct and change directions. This event will test your multi-directional ability, speed and control. The compass pattern demands quick direction changes, sharp cuts, and the ability to accelerate out of each turn. It's not just about raw speed—it's about how efficiently you can redirect your momentum and maintain control when your body wants to keep going straight.
06
A marquee event. This event will test your speed and explosiveness. Forty yards may not sound like much, but every hundredth of a second matters. Your start, your acceleration, and your ability to maintain top speed all come into play. This is where raw power meets technique, and the difference between good and great is measured in milliseconds.

POWER

The ability to produce force quickly.

07
Coordination is important. This event is done from a kneeling position and will test your ability to access your power from your hips through your shoulders. Without the ability to use your legs for momentum, you're forced to generate explosive force through your core and upper body. It's a true test of how well you can transfer power from your foundation through your kinetic chain.
08
This is definitely a throwback to gym class. This event will test your lower body explosiveness, strength capacity and balance. One explosive movement forward, landing on both feet, and holding your ground. It's simple in concept but reveals everything about your ability to generate horizontal power, control your landing, and maintain stability when your body wants to fall backward.
09
Bragging rights are up for grabs. This event will test your lower body explosiveness and power. One jump, straight up, measuring how high you can project your body into the air. It's a pure expression of vertical power—how much force you can generate from a standstill and how efficiently you can transfer that force upward. Every inch matters, and technique can make the difference between average and exceptional.

What To Bring

In addition to your A game, we have a few suggestions.

Good Vibes
Let's be real-- good energy is contagious. The EPC is collectively what we make it. Take responsibility for the energy you bring and let's create something dope together.

Gear
Footwear can be a game changer in the EPC. We recommend non-slip footwear for your running based tests and low drop shoes for the strength capacity work. As for apparel, make sure what you rock allows you to move and flex freely.

Fuel
You can't perform without gas in the tank. Make sure you show up hydrated and you have electrolytes and/or BCAAs on hand.
